1、 Principle of PCB Splitter
1. Before board splitting, first confirm whether the board splitting program edited by the engineer is correct. When the engineer edits or calls out the program used before, first conduct a preview check. After the left and right workbench programs are checked to be correct, let the engineer process one piece on the left and right respectively for confirmation, and then the operator can operate by himself after confirmation.
2. Put the PCB board to be punched into the fixture, distinguish the direction of the board and the front and back sides, put the fixture, and place the board on the positioning column of the positioning fixture, gently press with your hand to confirm whether it is in place, then press the left or right green button under the cover of the panel dividing fixture, and the workbench automatically enters the panel dividing position.
3. Click the preview button of the software, the button is red, and observe whether each cutting position is correct. After viewing and checking, click the stop button on the software first. After a few seconds, the color turns green and automatically changes to the processing button, and the workbench automatically exits. Click the processing button on the software to start the processing.
