2) Instrument and measurement module

The types include programmable DC voltage and current source, multi-function waveform (sine, triangle, square wave) generator, clock generator, voltmeter, counter, pull-up/pull-down resistor, etc. Correspondingly, a switch system is integrated into the instrument interface card, which is used to test with different excitation signals or measurement equipment together with the test program.
3) Motion and drive system
For the basic flight probe movement, there are two types of horizontal and vertical movements relative to the working area. The level motion in Cartesian coordinate system can be divided into two types. The main purpose of xy drive is to find and locate test points through digital CAMeras. When the screw drive system moves, the drive arm moves; The vertical motion drive has only one purpose, that is, to contact the probe in the vertical direction of the test point. Generally, the contact between the probe of the flying probe test system and the test point will have a certain inclination angle, and the angle with the vertical direction is usually 5. The probe motion system requires fast and high-precision positioning capability. The probe support arm and probe movement are driven by a motor. Generally, y-axis is driven by brushless motor and precision lead screw with integrated encoder. Some manufacturers also use integrated encoder, such as air suspension and linear motor; The z axis of the probe is usually driven by a linear motor or a precision stepping motor.

4) Test area
The specific test area of the flying needle line test system is usually equipped with an operation panel near it. In addition to the mechanical positioning device of the tested circuit board in this area, the bottom is usually used to expand the test capability of the flying pin line. Add auxiliary access device to connect to power supply, test excitation signal, non vector test device, etc. The general test area also has a protective cover to protect the safety of testers.
