2 Overall structure and function of smart home appliances PCB control system

3 PCB design of smart home appliance controller
3.1 Workflow of household appliance controller
Smart home appliance controller includes SIM card. With this SIM card, you can verify the user's permission according to the received mobile phone control information. After the authentication is completed, if the operation permission is not met, the smart appliance controller will give back a prompt message to the user. If the operation permission is met, the smart home appliance controller will control the home appliance according to the user's control command, and at the same time echo the running state of the home appliance to the user.
3.2 Principle block diagram of home appliance controller
The hardware circuit constituting the smart home appliance controller is shown in Figure 1.
Keyboard control module. Through the keyboard control module, the preset settings of household appliances can be realized, such as controlling the timing switch of the TV, opening or closing the stepping motor regularly, and opening and closing the curtains regularly.
Wireless receiving module. When the user controls the home appliance through SMS, the smart home appliance controller receives the user's control command through the wireless receiving module.
Zigbee communication module. After receiving the user's control command, the smart home appliance controller controls the home appliance through the Zigbee communication module.
Information collection module. After the smart home appliance controller controls the home appliances according to the user's control command, it uses the information collection module to collect the running status of each home appliance and feed back the collected information to the user. For example, after the air conditioner is turned on for a period of time according to the instructions of the user, the indoor temperature will be echoed to the user.
3.3 Software design of smart home appliance controller
Software design mainly includes: miniGUI programming of control interface, wireless communication programming, home appliance operation control programming, and embedded Linux operating system transplantation. The programming of the control interface is based on the graphical interface programming of miniGUI version 1.3.3, which is very conducive to human-computer dialogue. The porting of embedded Linux operating system requires the porting of vivi code, the tailoring and porting of kernel, and the generation of file system. Since the Linux source code is open source, we can customize the kernel according to the needs of hardware design, and run the operating system with a graphical interface on a small storage space.
